While they’re busy trying to find their way out of the front, I’m already halfway down the lane. My SYMMETRICAL Middle Roll 70 Core makes me move in the midlane and backend like nobody’s business. In fact, it’s almost unfair.
TIME TO EXACT MY REVENGE...
They thought I’d never get out. My deception worked as planned. The Pearlized portions of my 63MH Hybrid Reactive Coverstock give me more length through the front of the lane and the Solid portions give me predictable, controlled motion down lane. Here I come!

Together with the Disturbed and Deranged, I’m ready to continue the reign of infamy that the HP3 lineup has inflicted upon the lanes. On Medium/Heavy Oil conditions, I’ll give you more length than the Disturbed, but with less backend snap than the Deranged. Nothing can hold me back.

Testbericht
Mit der Hybrid-Schale und der leicht angematteten Oberfläche ist der Asylum für Medium-bis Medium/Heavy Öl geeignet. Der Asylum hat den gleichen Kern wie Deranged und Disturbed.
Im Vergleich zum Zero Gravity geht der Asylum ein Stück länger die Bahn hinunter und entwickelt eine stärkere / eckigere Backendbewegung. Insgesamt ist der Asylum ein starker Medium-Ball, der sehr vielseitig eingesetzt werden kann.
Wenn jedoch zu wenig Ölvolumen vorhanden ist, dann sollte man ihm eine Pause gönnen und z.B. auf Deranged oder Hy-Road Pearl wechseln.
Ein starker Allrounder, der in jedem Ballsortiment seinen Platz finden kann!

Test report
The Asylum, with is Hybrid and 3000 Grit Coverstock, is intended and well-suited for medium to medium-heavy lane conditions. The Asylum also features the same Core as the Deranged and Disturbed.
When compared to the Zero Gravity, the Asylum skids slightly longer and develops a stronger/flippier backend motion. In all, the Asylum is on the upper side of medium-strong balls, which offers a tremendous amount of versatility.
However, if there isn’t sufficient Oil on the lanes, you should give it a break and switch to the Deranged or Hy-Road Pearl.
The Asylum is a strong, all-rounder that fits into any arsenal!
